WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT(S) BE DELIVERED?

Orders placed will be shipped within one week from the United Kingdom. Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping time to your chosen location. Please note that it is the customer responsibility to pay customs fees of their country for any order with physical products.

 

HOW WILL MY PRODUCT SHIPPED?

By standard mail. Postage and packing is £2.90 for United Kingdom and £8.90 for worldwide.

 

CAN I SHIP TO PO BOX, OR AN APO/FPO ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver physical products to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please mention the full name and address of the person receiving the item(s) in the Comments or Remarks for Seller box at the PayPal Check Out proces.

 

CAN I SHIP TO A DIFFERENT COUNTRY THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Please mention the full name and address of the person receiving the item(s) if your billing address is different.

 

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?

You may change the address for a shippable product, as long as the order has not yet been finalized for shipping. Preferably, put the alternative address than your billing address listed in PayPal in the Comments of your Payment. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped by standard mail and not not be traced. To inquire about track & trace shipping options, please send an e-mail to webshop@titojackson.com before making your order.

WHO CHARGES MY CREDIT CARD OF ACCOUNT?

Play It Right Entertainment, Inc. will charge your credit card or account for the purchase from the Tito Jackson Store through Paul Macarthur at SGC Security Services, a UK based company that is the merchant for the online store and will appear on your billing statement. Confirmation of your order will be sent to you electronically after completing the checkout process. If you have not received your email confirmation be sure to check your email spam filter.

 

WHICH CURRENCIES ARE ACCEPTED?

You can see the default currency being British Pounds for your online shopping at Tito Jackson Official Websho pages. When you use PayPal as payment method, the default currency of your account or country will automatically convert the payment to your currency.
